My guard

Wandering the streets I go into my own little world. Having the dogs act as my eyes and ears gives me a freedom to daydream. I am always aware, but often they are the ones who give me the initial heads-up to anything approaching.

Loose on the trails, Bullet alerts me to people in the forest by his body language. He knows when someone is there and stands guard, watching them closely. Once I pass or they leave he relaxes his watch and we continue on our way. Having met some odd and potentially dangerous people in the woods, I am thankful for his presence.

My world would be a much smaller place without Bullet & Lexis, and I consider myself lucky to have such wonderful dogs by my side to share in the journey.
