Face-to-face

My question about what Bullet would think about an elephant was answered today.

Bullet thinks that elephants are ok as long as you don't have to jump on a table and come face-to-face with one. Then they are a little unnerving and it's best to treat them with respect and move out of their way.

Bullet was in his first acting role today, it's a futuristic documentary that will air on TV when finished.

Just another thing to add to his portfolio... hey, wait a minute! Soon his is going to be bigger than mine!

And the first animals of the day were two zebras, the excitement of our day. Unfortunately I have no pictures of them and Bullet, I needed total concentration on my dog! Here are Frankie and Blade watching as the team set up the equipment.

Our little visitor, Keno

We're looking after Kwik's littermate Keno for a few weeks while his family is on vacation. Kwik is enjoying his company although she still prefers The Muppet munching on her head.

The escalator ride is great fun!

Kwikly & I have been working on the escalator when we go to the mall. To start, we spend some time at the top & bottom so she gets used to the vibrations, feel of metal, the sound & look. Then I pick her up, place her on the first step, praise and walk off the bottom to go right back up again.

Tonight I didn't pick her up, I walked her on... Gathered up the leash and on we went. I've done this a couple of times before and there was slight resistance, but today she was rushing to get ahead of me. I think she's finding the escalator ride fun!

Her face hair is getting long again which causes her eyes to look sunken and evil. Kevin calls her Clockwork Orange and it suits her.

Tonight, a teenage girl in the food court came around our table, saw Kwik sitting there, jumped, gave a little scream and nearly ran away. Yes, I see what she means. Poodle puppies ARE scary.
